The first oil crisis in 1973 brought an end to the golden 60s. The first emission standards were set and for the first time a lot of attention went to safety , with for example the introduction of the airbag and the development of the crashtest .
However, this did not prevent the Italian designers and engineers to build some exceptional cars. Few sports cars in this period used to have such a great names and so many horsepower. England had the perfect reply for this Italian legendary cars with the Jaguar E – Type .

The Bizzarrini 5300 GT Strada of which only 140 cars were built , while the Ferrari 330 GTC , according to experts , the most ” round” Ferrari of all time .
